Sales & Purchase Ledger: Collecting invoices for goods-in and out, ensuring everything reconciles, posting onto Sage, Pegasus, Iris and other accounting packages.
Credit Control: Chasing money! You'll be calling multiple live accounts and working closely with them to ensure payments deadlines are met.
Accounts Clerk: You'll be collating and matching delivery notes with invoices, filing, assisting with queries and inputting data.
Book-Keeper: Reconciling accounts; VAT, produce profit and loss reports, Trial Balance, Petty Cash and month end.
Payroll & Wages: Dealing with weekly and monthly pay for employees using Sage, Pegasus or Opera, Tax, NI, SSP, SMP, SPP, SSP, SAP.
